Hermès Birkin 35.
Circa 2013, this black Birkin 35 is crafted from Noir Taurillon Clemence leather.
Clemence leather is a durable, thick calf leather from Hermès, which known for its large, flat grain, soft feel, and semi-matte finish. Made from male calfskin, it is heavier than Togo leather, and goes through a drumming process to refine its texture. It is prized for its rich colour saturation and for the way it develops a slouchy, relaxed, worn-in patina over time.
It features gold-plated hardware, tonal stitching, the signature toggle closure, a clochette with lock and two keys, double rolled handles and protective feet. The interior is lined with black leather and has one zip pocket with an Hermès engraved zipper pull and a slip pocket on the opposite side.
