The Chanel 19 Bag was launched in March of 2019, designed by Virginie Viard and Karl Lagerfeld, making it Lagerfeld's final major handbag design. The bag blends classic Chanel elements with a modern edge, featuring oversized quilting, a slouchy structure, and mixed metal hardware.
This 2019 small 19 bag is crafted from a creamy beige lambskin leather in a diamond matelassé quilt, and features the 19's signature mixed metal hardware: gold-tone, silver-tone and ruthenium-finish, including a gold-tone chain handle, a mixed metal and leather woven shoulder strap with flat leather shoulder pad, and an oversized leather laced gold-tone chain interlocking CC logo turn lock. Inside, the bag is lined with a tonal smooth leather and grosgrain, and has one zip pocket.
