Hermès Bolide 31 Bag.
Circa 1994 this Vintage Hermès Bolide 31 Bag is crafted from Ardennes leather.
Hermès Ardennes leather (Vachette Grainée des Ardennes) is a discontinued, highly durable calfskin, utilised for its scratch-resistant and water-resistant properties. Introduced in the 1980s and discontinued in 2003, this heavy, textured leather is prized for its ability to hold a bag's shape. Subsequently this bag is in beautiful condition for 30+ years old.
The bag features dual rolled top handles, a removable shoulder strap, gold-tone hardware and hot stamping, five protective metal feet and a clochette with lock and key. It has a top zip, which can be locked closed. Inside, the bag is lined with soft, supple smooth black leather, with one slip pocket.
Comes with an unbranded pink felt bag organiser.
