Named after 16 rue Vivienne, CELINE’s address located at the hotel particulier Colbert de Torcy in Paris.
The bag is a prelude to the CELINE look capturing a resolutely chic French spirit. It affirms the House's style and the pursuit of exceptional craftsmanship.
Each 16 is individually numbered on the back of the pocket. Selected amongst the most luxurious skins, the leather has been meticulously chosen for its balance between great shine and perfect transparency, whose unique finish is exclusive to Celine leather goods. - Celine
Composed of black calfskin, with lambskin lining, gold-tone hardware, two main compartments, one inner flat pocket, one large pocket which separates the two compartments with dual lockable zip closure, and one outer flat pocket on the front under the flap. The bag has a structured top handle, and a detachable shoulder strap. The bag features a lock and keys, and four protective metal feet.
