About the Role

We’re a fast-moving pre-loved luxury store with new designer pieces coming in daily. We need someone experienced who can turn what’s in front of them into strong, engaging content, quickly.

This is a hands-on role: content creator + growth thinker + “this should be a post right now” energy.

What You’ll Do

• Create and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Film and post daily at our Clovelly HQ: new arrivals, drops, behind-the-scenes, styling moments
• Turn incoming stock into content quickly and consistently
• Analyse performance across platforms and adjust content based on what’s working
• Keep things simple and effective

What We’re Looking For

• Must have prior content creation experience (TikTok / Instagram / YouTube)
• Strong understanding of what performs and why (hooks, trends, retention, etc.)
• Confident analysing content performance and acting on it
• Comfortable editing (CapCut or similar)
• Strong eye for luxury fashion / designer resale
• Proactive – you naturally spot content opportunities in real time
