Hermès Pink Lizard Mini Constance 18. 

First introduced in 1959, the Hermès Constance is a practical and stylish structured shoulder bag, and is considered to be the third bag in the "holy trinity" of Hermès bags, alongside the Birkin and the Kelly. 

This Mini Constance bag was purchased in 2006 and is handcrafted from a highly prized and exotic textile – lizard skin – in matte Fuchsia. Each bag is cut from a single skin, which limits the production to bags that are 25cm or smaller. Among all Hermès exotics, lizard is the rarest material used. 

The bag features a long shoulder strap, an external slip pocket on the back of the bag, and dark silver-tone palladium hardware, including the iconic H buckle at the flap which opens to a partitioned, hot pink smooth lambskin leather interior with two interior compartments, and two slip pockets. There is also a small double sided mirror concealed in one of the interior pockets. 

Due to their scarcity and craftsmanship, Hermès lizard bags are exceptional investment pieces, often appreciating over time, and are seen as pinnacle pieces within advanced Hermès collections.
