What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Our team is happy to help with any size queries, style advice, provide you with additional imagery and answer any questions you have prior to purchase.
Can I collect in store?
Yes, you can collect from our shop located at 207 Clovelly Rd, Randwick.
We are open Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 3pm.
Are the items new or preloved?
All items are preloved items and in excellent condition. Some have never been worn (brand new with tags), and others are gently worn.
How do I purchase on Instagram?
Simply click on the product link via Instagram stories and follow the prompts to check out. Due to having only one of every item, products sell quickly. We recommend that you save your details via Shop Pay for faster check out. Your item(s) are not secure until checkout is complete.

Are the items all real?

If you wish to consign designer items with us, and you cannot provide and authenticity documents, there will be a $45 charge to authenticate your item in-house. An authenticity certificate will be provided to the purchaser of the item, or the consignor should the item not sell.
What is the quality of the preloved items sold?
We are very particular in only accepting items in excellent condition, this includes items that have never been worn (brand new with tags).
How long do you consign items for?
Approximately 6 weeks.
Unsold items will be returned or donated to charity after 6 weeks, consignor to advise. An email will be sent to collect any unsold items, if not collected within 10 days we will donate to charity on your behalf. If client opts for returns to be mailed, this will be at consignors expense.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to swap or exchange products.
What is your size range?
We stock a full-size range, averaging from AU 6-14.
